When you register an account to get searchAir Network, you may have to provide us some of your personal information including your name, organization name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, National Identity Number, your passport size photograph.

How much is the maximum speed of your?

All bandwidth speed are mentioned as maximum speed for respective packages.

How do I measure the total Mbps I receving?

You can visit this website or any other internet speed checking website to check your downloading and uploading speed in Mbps. Link: Speedtest by Ookla

How much is one time installation charge? Or Is the installation Free of Cost?

One-Time Installation charge (OTC) is taka 1000 only .

Pay 12 Months’ bill at one go and Get Free Connection and One Month Free Internet at 13th Month.

Why don't I receive any paper bills?

If you are a home user of our connection (retail customer), then you will receive the bill via SMS. You won’t need a paper bill.

How will I access the FTP server?

As each FTP server is maintained by an Administrator so you will have to contact the Admin to get access if it is not a Free FTP server. Also, BDIX does not maintain any FTP server. However, several ISPs maintain their FTP server for their customer.

Is my YouTube, BDIX uccpped?

You can enjoy buffer-less YouTube streaming and smooth communication via BDIX.

How can we see the status of issued complain tickets?

You can see the status of issued complaint tickets via visiting selfcare.searchairbd.com. Only Complain Ticket ID will be shown.
